Sarabelle's shadowbox is black painted wood and measures 5.5" x 4". It sits prettily on any flat surface. It features the same forest green fabric as the Sarabelle Poppet's dress. An oval cabinet card photo is held by earth toned embroidery flosses and small gold beads. There are two brass charm adornments inside, and corner brackets on the edges of the box.
This shadowbox comes with Sarabelle's story handwritten by me with a dip pen and black ink.
Sarabelle was quite the swell, she stole the ladies hearts
Their friendships grew until they flew into showers of dazzling sparks
She loved them with such ardor, she loved them all aflame
But in the end what mattered was her respectability and name.
And so they each were let down sweetly, with chocolates and a rose
Not knowing that in those chocolates lay a deadly overdose
