Mary Ann Cotton was considered the most prolific British serial killer of her day. She's suspected of murdering up to twenty-one people with Arsenic!
Her entire story is on the blog.
Mary Ann is made in the image of the only existing photograph of her. She wears a Simple day dress of soft grey beneath a black and white checkered cloak. Her black bonnet is tied beneath her chin with a large bow made of antique silk. Her hair is soft black sheep wool, which has no odor. Mary Ann comes home to you with a wee tiny Arsenic bottle.
Mary Ann was made in my smoke free, one cat household. She is made of tea dyed cotton muslin, and fiberfill. I made her and her clothing with a combination of machine and hand stitching.
