How long does each poppet take to make?

   A Poppet can take from 7 - 21 days. This can depend on the amount of detail and accessories, or the complexity of dress.

How long does a ready to ship order take to ship?
   

   I package and ship orders in a 10 - 21 day window. Poppets are sent Priority mail. Please let me know if you need something within a time frame! I'll do my best to accommodate you! Commissioned Mourning Poppets will ship within 3 weeks of their start date.

What if I want to return my poppet?
   

   All sales are final. I will not send a poppet with any damage, and I photograph poppets and their packaging before shipment in case of damage in transit. I insure each package, so If a poppet is damaged in the post, it will be covered and a case can be opened with the USPS.


How do I commission a poppet?                                                                                      

   First, Yay! I would Love to make a poppet for you! You can go to the Commission A Poppet page of this website to start the process. 

What about payment plans?

   I offer ShopPay, which you can find at check out. ShopPay is Shopify's payment plan, which breaks your purchase down to four payments! I also offer Klarna.

How do Gift Certificates Work?

Each Gift Certificate comes to you with a code on it that you apply when making your purchase. I will happily send the GC to the recipient, prettily packaged and I will include a handwritten note, dictated by you!

 

Is your home smoke free?

   Yes! My home and studio are smoke free and cat friendly. Though my cat is old and she has retired from all supervisory duties, so she rarely visits while I work.
